Frequently Asked Questions

Photos Profiles with photos get 7 times the response!  Mail your JPG file as an attachment to photos@profilesinlove.com.  Make sure to include your nickname, and, please, no larger than 100KB.  Don't have one? just take a snapshot to a camera store--they'll scan it in for you.

AOL users: To submit your photos, you must make sure you are sending your photo as a file attachment.

  1. Open up a new email form in AOL.
  2. Enter the email address photos@profilesinlove.com in the TO: line.
  3. Enter your Nickname (johndoe123) in the Subject line.
  4. Click on ATTACHMENTS in the lower left hand corner of the email form. DO NOT USE MAIL EXTRAS on the right hand side of the form.
  5. Click on ATTACH to open a browse window. Find the location of your photo on your computer. Double click on the photo file, or click once to highlight and click on OK.
  6. Send the email. If you have attached your photo properly, you will see the progress bar for a file upload as your photo is uploaded from your computer.
Forgot password?
We can send you your nickname and password if you know the email address associated with your profile.  Enter the email address, and we'll look up the profile and send the nickname and password to that

Anonymous Email You can create your own free E-Mail address at www.hotmail.com.  This takes about 10 minutes, is free of charge, and you have your own personal E-Mail address.  You then can collect and read your own E-Mail over any Web-Browser with your own password.

Remove Profile If you would like to remove your profile from our database, simply send an email to remove@profilesinlove.com and it will be promptly removed.  Make sure to include your nickname.  For security reasons, the request must originate from the email address associated with your profile or include your password.
